Sitting

Will you just sit

Turn from the need

For those loyal

Comforts of distraction and deed

Will you just sit

Resist the urge

With non judgement

Just let everything emerge

Will you just sit

Patient and still

Observe yourself

With compassion and good will

Will you just sit

With ease and grace

Embrace it all

For this can be your healing place
