The Poetry Experiment

experimenting with a bit of poetry as an avenue for exploring - self, relationships, leadership, mindfulness, organisations, society, the world...

A walk

I took a walk
So slowly and
With such purpose
One foot in front
Of the other
Breathing as each
Foot touched the ground
Muscles noticed
Sensations felt
Each step honoured

I am grateful
I can
Take a walk
